After years of rapid growth, LSKD faced mounting pressure on its people and systems.
With a single distribution centre serving two Shopify stores (AU/NZ and NA/Canada), inventory was being duplicated across stores, leading to overselling and customer frustration.
LSKD also planned to replace its ERP with new PLM and WMS systems to streamline logistics, purchasing, and product design, all of which needed integrating with Shopify.
