2019
Founding and first build
Founded in London by serial entrepreneurs Aran, Andy and Luke. HighCohesion launched with a clear vision: making integrations painless for the world's fastest growing brands. We built our early platform while providing ecommerce tech and ops consulting across Spain, Italy and the UK.
2020
Going remote and gaining traction
The pandemic accelerated ecommerce growth, and we committed to a fully remote model from the start. Early customers including Alessi and Grenade joined us and remain partners today.
2021
Finding our fit
We discovered clear PMF around complex, multi‑system integrations for international and high‑growth brands. Our consultancy services evolved into a separate partner business, Commerce Thinking, while we scaled to double-digit customers.
2022
Choosing our path
We made the decisive move to exit consulting revenue and stand on our own two feet. The team tightened focus on delivery and product quality, achieving our goal of zero churn.
2023
Credibility compounding
Our reputation grew as the integration provider for fast‑growing apparel brands. Self-funding enabled us to become profitable and remain so, reaching 25 customers by year end.
2024
Scale‑up foundations
Monthly onboarding accelerated as we scaled platform capacity. Internal metrics stepped up dramatically—from single‑digit millions to tens of millions of monthly events. Revenue crossed £1m, customer count reached 35, and the team grew to 5.
2025
Brand, team and customer base step up
We rebranded with a new website featuring a stronger visual identity that reflects our forward-thinking approach, paired with more intuitive user-focused design. The team expanded from 5 to 16 across five countries, our customer base surpassed 50, and we began helping brands navigate ops challenges around tariffs and de minimis regulations.
