With plans to stock and ship from a US warehouse, Here We Flo turned to HighCohesion to build custom automations between their OMS (Unleashed) and 3PL to create a reliable foundation for smooth operations and future expansion.
The Project

We split the project into phases to deliver value fast, starting with US expansion.
In just two months, we built full automation with Here We Flo’s American 3PL, enabling US shipping and enhancing the B2B experience for large-volume buyers.
Next, we replaced the UK OMS-to-warehouse integration with a more powerful solution, enabling real-time order edits and locking to improve fulfilment accuracy and inventory management.
We also rescued a failed project run by another provider which was abandoned after more than a year of work, delivering a custom integration between Here We Flo’s B2B portal and OMS with tailored middleware logic to handle tricky data discrepancies.
