Just ask the HighCohesion MCP Server.
Your 3PL says an order never reached them. The customer is already chasing. Somewhere between the checkout and the warehouse it stopped, and finding out where means logging into the HighCohesion Control Panel, locating the event, reading the error and working backwards through the stream until the gap shows itself.
Until now.
We’ve launched our MCP Server, so now you can paste the order number directly into Claude, ChatGPT or any other AI assistant you use and ask where it got to. It traces the order stream by stream to where it stalled, and tells you why it stopped there. The answer is the same one you would have found in the Control Panel yourself - you just didn't have to go looking for it.
The HighCohesion MCP Server is a secure connector that links your HighCohesion account to your AI assistant. Set it up once and you can ask questions about your integrations in plain English, using your regular Control Panel login, without opening the Control Panel at all.
Giving you answers on demand, not on request
We built the HighCohesion MCP Server to give brands even more independence because your integrations shouldn't be a black box that only we can read. Plenty of teams rely on an integration every day without being able to see inside it: the orders move, the stock stays accurate, the returns flow back, but understanding why something happened has meant asking whoever built it, or asking us. The MCP Server hands that understanding to you directly. You can see what your integrations are doing and get the answer yourself, whenever you want, without waiting on anyone.
Prioritising integration fixes
Any ops manager knows the inbox that fills overnight with alerts. Most mornings the real question isn't what each one says, but which of them still matter.
Paste one into Claude and it tells you what the alert means, whether it's still happening, and whether anyone needs to act.
When it's not one alert but a wall of them, ask Claude to group the last 24 hours of failures by cause. More often than not they trace back to a single culprit like an expired credential firing the same error a few hundred times. Fix that one thing and the rest clear with it.
Understanding what every integration is doing
Ask Claude to explain a stream and get an answer in plain English: what the stream picks up, what it filters out, and where a particular field gets its value, down to the mapping or lookup table behind it. For anyone who owns the outcome of an integration without having built it, that's the first time the wiring is legible without a configuration screen open in front of them.
When something does need to change
Sometimes the answer is that something needs changing - a mapping tweaked, an event resent. That part still comes to us. The difference is how you arrive: instead of a vague "something's wrong with orders", tell Claude what you want to change and it finds the streams involved, pulls their IDs, and helps you write the request. When that request reaches our team, we can then start from the fix, not from "which stream did you mean?".
Is the MCP server safe to use?
The HighCohesion MCP Server is safe to hand to anyone on your team. It reads your integration data to answer a question but can't create, edit, resend or trigger anything, so there's no risk of breaking an integration. It works through the Control Panel login and 2FA you already use. Switch it off in your assistant any time.
Try it yourself
The MCP Server is live now. If you're a HighCohesion customer, connect your AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT or other) to your account and test it out. Need some ideas on what to ask? Our prompt library is a good resource.
